Kyiv brings a critical perspective to BIO-INTEL-MOB, addressing how mobility systems can function and evolve in a context affected by ongoing conflict. Damage to infrastructure, disruptions in transport services, and limitations in data availability have reshaped how mobility is organised and experienced across the city.
Within this context, the pilot focuses on how mobility solutions can be adapted to conditions where systems are partially disrupted and continuously evolving. Kyiv contributes to understanding how cities can plan, operate, and improve mobility under uncertainty and constraint. The pilot combines data-driven tools, simulation models, and participatory approaches to support more informed and inclusive decision-making.

A digital ecosystem that supports citizen engagement and decision-making, centred on the Citizen-Voice App, which allows residents to report mobility barriers, safety issues, and accessibility needs. This is complemented by gamified planning tools and VR/AR simulations that enable co-design of solutions and integrate user feedback into planning processes.
